This policy covers moonin.ai, the website you are reading. Moonin is also a service that runs inside a customer’s own business; what that service does with a customer’s data is governed by the agreement we sign with that customer, not by this page. This page is about the website.
What we collect
- If you book a call: the booking runs on Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling. Google collects the name, email address, and answers you type into that form and shares them with us as a calendar booking. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.
- If you email us: whatever you choose to write, at contact@moonin.ai.
- Website analytics: we use Plausible for aggregate visit counts and PostHog for page visits, interactions, click and scroll heatmaps, page performance, and technical errors. PostHog uses a random browser identifier to link visits to a pseudonymous visitor profile. Session replay lets us see how people navigate the site, alongside browser console logs and network timings. Form inputs are masked, and embedded pages such as Google Calendar are excluded from replay. We do not capture network request or response bodies or headers. We remove query strings and fragments from page, referrer, and replay network URLs sent to PostHog.
Browser storage and collection limits
- No advertising or social media pixels, and nothing that reports your visit to a data broker.
- PostHog uses first-party cookies and browser storage to recognize returning browsers and connect activity across pages. Plausible does not use cookies. The Google Calendar booking page is hosted by Google and may set Google’s own cookies when you use it.
- We do not submit your name, email address, or Google Calendar booking answers as visitor profile attributes.
Who can read it
The founders. Booking details live in our Google Calendar; email lives in our mailbox. We do not sell, share, or trade any of it, and no third party reads it except the processors named above (Google, Plausible, PostHog) doing their jobs.
How long we keep it
Booking and email records are kept while we might still be talking, and deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. If you become a customer, the agreement we sign takes over.
Your choices
We skip PostHog analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also block analytics requests in your browser.
Write to contact@moonin.ai and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within one business day, in your language.
Children
The site is for business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
