Privacy policy
This policy covers moonin.ai, the website you are reading. Moonin is also a service that runs inside a customer’s own business; what that service does with a customer’s data is governed by the agreement we sign with that customer, not by this page. This page is about the website.
What we collect
- If you book a call: the booking runs on Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling. Google collects the name, email address, and answers you type into that form and shares them with us as a calendar booking. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.
- If you email us: whatever you choose to write, at contact@moonin.ai.
- Aggregate visit counts: we use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot identify you. It tells us how many people visited a page and which button was clicked, never who.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or social media pixels, and nothing that reports your visit to a data broker.
- No cookies set by us. The Google Calendar booking page on book.html is loaded from Google and may set Google’s own cookies when you use it.
- Nothing at all if you just read the site and leave.
Who can read it
The two founders. Booking details live in our Google Calendar; email lives in our mailbox. We do not sell, share, or trade any of it, and no third party reads it except the processors named above (Google, Plausible) doing their jobs.
How long we keep it
Booking and email records are kept while we might still be talking, and deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. If you become a customer, the agreement we sign takes over.
Your choices
Write to contact@moonin.ai and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within one business day, in your language.
Children
The site is for business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
